We’re nerds at heart and always on the lookout for talented people who love coming to work each day to work on seriously cool projects and tech. From the moment we first connect, it’s all about a two-way conversation
1. Hey, what’s up?
Getting in touch with us is simple, whether you apply online or reach out directly, we’d love to get to know you more. Having a current CV isn’t always necessary, we’ll take the time to get to know you.
2. Let's chat
If your experience matches what we are looking for we’ll be in touch to arrange an informal chat to find out more about you and tell you more about us.
3. Challenge accepted
We’ll send you a technical challenge to complete at home in your own time without any deadlines. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your technical skills.
4. Technical Interview
We value the time and effort you’ve taken in completing our technical challenge and will take time to review your submission.
Following this, you’ll get to meet some or the team and walk us through your technical submission.
5. The final stop
Now that you’ve impressed us, you’ll have the chance to meet some of our leaders. We all know interviews are a two-way street so come prepared with questions ready to discuss our culture, principles and our strategy for the business. We want you to meet as many of the team as possible throughout the process so this final stage. It wIll be quite an informal chat based around our principles and values.
6. The Nitty Gritty
We hope by now you’re as excited as we are to have you join the team. Our Talent Partner will get you an electronic contract and as soon as you sign we’ll kick off our awesome onboarding experience.
